Why Mental Health?
Mental Health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Resilience: Build inner strength and lean on external support from loved ones, family, friends and community Resilience acts as the multiplier, showcasing the power of perseverance and the ability to bounce back from hardships. It turns pain and struggle into catalysts for growth.
